What is Walk and Weigh?
Walk and Weigh is a walking football weight-loss programme that puts people first, fitness second. It’s built around:

Walking football (yes, walking really does mean walking)

Supportive coaching

Encouragement from people who are on the same journey
The programme will evolve in the direction the group wants it to go and you’ll be supported by ECFC Charity Fundraiser coaches and, just as importantly, by the other players around you. Motivation tends to happen naturally when you’re surrounded by people who get it.
Who is it for?
Walk and Way is ideal if you:

Want to lose weight but hate gyms

Feel intimidated by traditional fitness sessions

Haven’t played football for years (or ever)

Want something sociable, supportive and genuinely enjoyable

Prefer encouragement over pressure
If you can walk, you can play. Simple as that. And yes, there will be goals. Just not the shouting kind.
